Passi Alterni Apartments welcome you in Alghero!
This internal regulation indicates some simple rules to be observed to guarantee all guests a quiet and enjoyable stay.
Check-in is from 3.00 pm.
Before the delivery/activation of keys, each guest is required to show a valid document (Identity Card or Passport) for the registration, due by the applicable law. It’s also required the payment of local tax and stamp duty on the receipt (if due). Unregistered guests are forbidden to enter the apartment.
Check-out is no later than 10.00 am of the departure day.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests who book it. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, utility room and 3 bedrooms (2 triples and 1 double) with 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. However, the number of bedrooms and related bathrooms actually made available varies depending on the number of guests for whom the reservation is made. Specifically: (a) 2-3 guests = 1 room (triple) with 1 bathroom; (b) 4-6 guests = 2 rooms (triples) with 2 bathrooms; (c) 7-8 guests = 3 rooms (2 triples, 1 double) with 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is provided perfectly cleaned, with the available bedrooms ready to use with quality linen. Each guest also gets its bathroom’s towel kit. The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is a responsibility of the guests, who must undertake to keep in an adequate state, respecting and appropriately using the equipment provided and present in it. Final cleaning, however, is normally included in the booking price.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine with dryer function, as well as a vacuum cleaner and everything necessary for daily cleaning.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. In accordance with the municipal regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe the silence in the time zone between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am.
For security purpose we invite guests to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment, to careful use of the equipment as well as check the turning off of electrical stuff (air conditioning, kettle, tv, etc.) and of the gas in the kitchen burners.
