Internal Regulation

This internal regulation indicates some simple rules to be observed to guarantee all guests a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Check-in is from 3.00 pm of the arrival day.

To complete the check-in procedure and access the apartment, each guest is required to show a valid document (Identity Card or Passport) for the registration, due by the applicable law. It’s also required the payment of local tax and stamp duty on the invoice (if due).

Check-out is no later than 10.00 am of the departure day.

The cleaning of the rooms and common areas starts daily at 10.00 am, compliant with national and regional guideline standards issued for the Covid-19 emergency.  It’s also required that guests leave their room during the daily cleaning operations.

The change of bed sheets is made once a week and at each customer change. The change of towels is made each three days and at each customer change.

In accordance with the municipal regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe the silence in the time zone between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

It is recommended to use the toilet, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (please use the baskets provided). For security purpose we invite guests to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment as well as check the turning off of electrical stuff (air conditioning, kettle, tv).

It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those regularly registered. To ensure a quiet and peaceful stay for all the guests, the staff can expel anyone who does not respect the rules of this regulation.

General terms and conditions of booking

Breakfast:

The breakfast service is always included in the stay’s price.

Caused by Covid-19 emergency, for breakfast we can provide only packaged products to be consumed inside the room with attention and caution using electrical stuff in the room, especially the kettle that has to be filled EXCLUSIVELY with water.

The restore of supplies for the next day’s breakfast is a part of the daily cleaning operations, for which guests are required to vacate their room at the established time. Otherwise, the cleaning and the restoration of supplies will not be carried out.

City tax:

The city tax, established by the competent authorities, is not included in the stay’s price. The amount due must be paid by the guest at the time of the check-in.

Cancellation conditions:

Booking cancellation is without penalty and allow the refund of 100% of the stay’s amount paid if communicated at least 7 days before the arrival date.

Booking cancellation involves a penalty equal to 100% of the stay’s amount if communicated less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Additional services to pay:

The extra change of bed sheets or towels is provided under request at the following additional costs:

  •  Change of double sheets: Euro 15,00
  • Change of single sheets: Euro 10,00
  • Change of towels (1 Kit*): Euro 10,00
    * 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, 1 guest towel.

General responsibilities:

In the case of damage to the building, furniture, objects and/or household appliances, the person who caused the damage is legally responsible, under current regulations, and must immediately compensate for the damage caused. Thefts and intentional damage will be immediately denounced.

The property assumes no responsibility for valuables (money, jewelry, etc.) left by guests in the rooms (where there are no safety boxes) or in the common areas, therefore it’s recommended not to leave any valuables effect unattended.
